An ultra-ripe, American-style 100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from old vines in the High Plains of Texas. Believed to be clone 6, this wine is made when we experience a "cooler" growing season and are able to push our harvest date back towards the end of October. The result is a heavily concentrated, full-bodied wine yet one with a ultra smooth and round tanninic structure.
