N/V Dallas Chardonnay

This wine is an important part of our history, made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown at our original Inwood Road Vineyard in the urban city center of Dallas, Texas. The Inwood Road Vineyard was established in 1997 at the Gatlin family homestead on Inwood Road near Lovers Lane. To date, this Chardonnay is the only commercial wine ever released within the City of Dallas. Produced without malolactic fermentation but with limited and restrained French Oak aging. The years of 2019, 2020 and 2021 yielded only tiny amounts of Chardonnay from the City Vineyard on Inwood Road in Dallas. As a result, all three vintages were combined to make enough wine tor this release.
